How far in advance can I make a reservation?
What payment methods are available?
Payment is generally accepted by bank transfer.
Credit card payment is available for accessory purchases only.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
For the initial fitting, cancellations or schedule changes should be requested at least one week in advance by email.
Can I bring in a dress purchased from another store?
Dresses purchased from other stores cannot be brought into our salon.

Is tuxedo rental available for men?
Yes. A selection of formal tuxedos and casual suit styles is available.
How are the outfits delivered and returned?
For Partner Venues
Delivery to and collection from the venue are handled by our staff.
No arrangements are required from the client.
For Domestic Venues (Non-Partner Venues)
The outfit will be shipped to the venue.
Please arrange the return shipment after use.
For Overseas Weddings
The outfit will be provided in a garment bag suitable for carry-on luggage.
After returning to Japan, please return the outfit by courier.
Are inquiries and reservation from overseas available?
Yes. English-speaking staff are available to assist with inquiries and visits from overseas.
Is parking available?
There is no dedicated parking available. Please use nearby public parking.
