1. Application
Please submit your application via the online form.
2. Scheduling
The photo session is held on weekdays only, on Mondays or Fridays.
Sessions are not available on public holidays.

3. Deposit Payment
Once the shooting date is confirmed, a contract will be issued.
The deposit is to be paid either by bank transfer to the account specified in the contract, or by credit card.

4. Pre-session Attire Fitting
Prior to the shoot, you will visit our atelier once for attire selection and accessories coordination.
5. Bouquet & Boutonniere Consultation
A consultation with the florist will be arranged, either at our atelier or online.
6. Photo Session
Please visit our atelier on the scheduled date for your photo session.
7. Delivery of Photo Data
The edited photo data will be delivered after the session.

About the Attire
Attire Selection
Once the shooting day is confirmed, you will visit our atelier once in advance for attire selection.
Our stylist will propose two dresses and one tuxedo suited to the two of you.
After the attire is selected, accessory coordination for your overall styling will take place on the same day. Estimated duration : approximately 2 hours.

For couples residing overseas, attire selection and coordination will be conducted on the day of the photo session.
Groom's Attire
Three-piece suits are available in sizes S to L.
If there is a possibility that the size may not fit, please bring your own suit or tuxedo. Bow ties and pocket squares are available for rental.

Accompanying Guests
Up to two accompanying guests are welcome, in addition to the bride and groom.
We kindly ask accompanying guests to arrive at the studio at the start time of the photo session.
If young children will be present, please ensure they are accompanied by someone who can supervise them.

Cancellation & Schedule Changes
Chancellation Policy
– Up to 14 days before the shoot : The paid deposit will be applied as a cancellation fee (non-refundable)
– Within 14 days of the shoot : 100% of the plan fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

A schedule change is permitted once, up to one month before the scheduled shoot date.
