1. Application
Please submit your application via the online form.
2. Scheduling
The photo session is held on weekdays only, on Mondays or Fridays.
Sessions are not available on public holidays.

3. Deposit Payment
Once the shooting date is confirmed, a contract will be issued.
The deposit is to be paid either by bank transfer to the account specified in the contract, or by credit card.

4. Visit & Photo Session
Please visit our atelier on the scheduled date for your photo session.
5. Delivery of Photo Data
The edited photo data will be delivered after the session.

About the Attire
Attire Selection
On the day of the photo session, you may select one dress and one tuxedo from the pieces available in our atelier.
Advance fittings are not offered. However, on the day of the shoot, our stylist will assist you in selecting a dress and a tuxedo that best suits you, so please feel at ease.

Groom's Attire
Three-piece suits are available in sizes S to L.
If there is a possibility that the size may not fit, please bring your own suit or tuxedo.

Accompanying Guests
Up to two accompanying guests are welcome, in addition to the bride and groom.
As our atelier is a small and intimate space, we kindly ask accompanying guests to arrive at the start time of the photo session.
If young children will be present, please ensure they are accompanied by someone who can supervise them.

Cancellation & Schedule Changes
Chancellation Policy
– Up to 14 days before the shoot : The paid deposit will be applied as a cancellation fee (non-refundable)
– Within 14 days of the shoot : 100% of the plan fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Schedule Changes
A schedule change is permitted once, up to one month before the scheduled shoot date.
